Pamela Taylor OBEHome << Supporting statement

Drinking water regularly while we are at work keeps us more alert and productive, as well as benefiting our health and well being.

The public water supply is of a very high quality. Employers can fulfil their obligation to their staff to provide an adequate supply of wholesome drinking water either directly from mains fed taps or from mains fed units that supply chilled and unchilled drinking water.

I am pleased to have this opportunity to offer these few words in support of UNISON and have no hesitation in joining with Water UK to commend the aims of the water@work Campaign.
